Up North

Mom and David with Grandpa Richard came to Minnesota a few weeks ago, and the boys (John, his Dad Dave, my Mom's husband David Lockwood, and my Grandpa Richard) spent 3 nights up near the Boundary Waters bordering Canada. Besides the heat, it sounds like a good time was had; they braved the canoes and biting flies, caught and ate a lot of fish, and just spent time together. While they were away, Mom and I spent quiet evenings after my work enjoying walks around Lake Nokomis near our home and reading the new Harry Potter book! (I highly recommend it, by the way) Below are a few photos of the week.

Much love to each of you!
