Ben has developed a love of backpacks and hats, mainly because he has a little boy figurine that wears that get-up. He also is into hiding toys in his shirt and then acting surprised when they show up there. The biggest update, though, is that he's progressing with his language. Yippee! He's now using starting sounds for words, sometimes with an extra sound.
Sam is still a thriving, happy baby. His big news is surviving tough love last night. Sam has been waking us up frequently during the night, and last night he had to go through the tough cry-it-out stage. He cried for about 40 minutes and then dropped off to sleep for over 5 hours. It sure felt good to give him a big hug this morning.

I sympathize with the whole cry it out thing! I finally had to do that with Maddox! He cried for 40 minutes the first night & has slept 10 hrs straight each night ever since! Harder on us than them :)
Those boys are absolutely precious!
