We started off the week with a double date at Buca di Peppo last weekend, eating delicious eggplant parmesan and other tasty items. The recent newlyweds, Jon and Colleen, invited us and met us midway in Eden Prairie for an early evening meal.
The rest of the week was really quite nice, as John didn't work from Monday night through Thursday night, and the weather finally started warming up enough to melt some of the snow and ice off the driveway. Plus, I had a fabulously slow week at work and even woke up after the sun more than once. Yay!
I am feeling pretty well, especially when I've gotten a good night's sleep. This happens about every other night, but at least it happens! We are eagerly awaiting meeting our little Sam when God decides it is time. In the meantime, we're resting when we can and just enjoying the alone time with Benjamin.
